It has been used in the Arctic, the Himalayas and the Tropics with a design to give accuracy under the toughest outdoor conditions. The 6610 was only in production for five years and it is extremely rare and hard to find. It was made in honor of Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay who were the first people to reach the summit of Mount Everest and who wore Rolex watches during their climb.
The watch runs keeping good time.
