This highly popular Seiko Diver 6309-7040 is the third generation, this watch is produced on November 1978. The watch is in original condition with NO aftermarket parts. The matte black dial is in original mint condition. The large lume plots and hands have aged to a matching slight creamy white. The bezel does show some patina but retains its factory deep black finish. The case of this Seiko 6309-7040 Diver is in superb original untouched condition. The crystal is very good and showing normal signs of 42 years age. The original screw-in crown works properly. The quick-set day-date display is in working condition. The watch runs keeping excellent time. size: 44 x 41 mm.
